The Food Medic

Inspired by fitness brands such as Sweaty Betty and The Upside, we came up with a design concept for The Food Medic shoot and book that was fun, vibrant and ultimately aspirational. Author, Hazel Wallace, is a doctor, so when she tells us how to love ourselves, eat well and keep in shape, we listen! Published by Yellow Kite and photographed by the lovely Susan Bell.
